1.Do I need to have an account to order?

2.What payment methods do you accept?

3.How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

4.Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

5.How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

6.Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

7.How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

8.How can i set my local currency when ordering?

We can automatically see what country you're ordering from, so you shouldn’t need to. Doing this helps us get your products to you quickly with minimal customs formalities. If the automatic settings are incorrect for some reason, you can manually change the location (and language, if needed) at the bottom of any webpage.

9.How do I know which size I need?

If you're not sure what size to wear with our underwear or bra, please check out our size guide. It's also located on each product page - just click on the "Size" icon next to the size number.

10.Is it safe to buy from our online store?

13.Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 50 countries around the world, and are adding more all the time. Should you not find your country of residence on the list at the bottom of the page。

14.How long wiII it take you to ship my order and how quickly wiII it get to me?

We'll typically need a little time to process your order, When we send you our confirmation that they have shipped, we’ll also give you the tracking information for your order, including the carrier we are using.

We want you to wear your favorite items immediately, so the answer is: as quick as we can. Depending on your country and the delivery options there, getting your package should take 10-15 business days. You'll be able to view the your delivery options and delivery date estimates during checkout.

15.When will I see the payment for my order reflected in my account?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email once everything has been approved. Credit card or PayPal account will be charged after order iPayment will be charged to credit card or PayPal account afters placed

16.If I return my items, wiII l get a full refund?

Of course. If you wish to return items from your order, we'll refund the full purchase price. Products just need to be in original condition and packaging。(must have original packaging intact).
